Follow this guide to set up your artist profile and upload your artwork onto the website.
1. Create your account
Click on the account icon on the top-right on desktop, or ‘my account’ on mobile.
Choose ‘I am an artist’ and input your login details. Only your shop name will be shown on the website. Your phone number will be used to send SMS notifications, but you can type in ‘0000’ if you wish not to provide this.
2. Upload and manage your artworks
After logging into your account, click on ‘Artworks’ to upload your works.
Click on ‘Add new product’.
In the pop-up, upload your images, set the name, price, category, tags and description.
Click ‘Create Product’ to upload your work, or ‘Creat & Add New’ if you wish to add more.
You will then see your works in your dashboard, and you can modify them as you wish.
You can also head over to ‘Artworks’ to see if your works have been uploaded.
3. Customising your artist profile
You can also upload a banner, profile picture, and set your artist categories in Settings. You can choose multiple categories. Let us know if you can’t find any specific categories.
At the bottom of the page you can enable the support ticket function and live chat function. We will enable these functions at a later date.
Head over to ‘Artists’ and see if your profile has been properly set up.
That’s it! You will receive an email notification when a buyer submits an enquiry of your artwork or contacts you on your profile page. You can then communicate with them directly to arrange payment and shipment.
